Description
The Flag Component of my Alt-History mod. Featuring the flag of North China (the People's Republic) and potentially the Kuomintang if South Vietnam is ready.


1815: The War of 1812 Stalemate

The War of 1812 between the British Empire and the USA ends in a stalemate, leaving contested regions between the two powers.
1916: US Entry into WW1 with Central Powers

Due to ongoing disputes over contested regions with Canada, the United States enters World War I on the side of the Central Powers.
1918: Central Powers Win WW1 and Global Division

The Central Powers emerge victorious in World War I, leading to the slow division of the world into Pro and Anti-German camps.
1927: Chinese Civil War Begins

The Chinese Civil War begins, with the Kuomintang Government allied to Germany facing off against the Communist Party of China.
1930s: Polarization and Rise of Ideologies

During the Great Depression, the Pro-German bloc leans toward Fascism, while the Anti-German bloc led by the Soviets leans towards Communism.
1939: Germany Discovers Soviet Plot and Attacks Poland

Germany discovers a Soviet plot to fund the Chinese revolution and responds by attacking Poland, which is an ally of the USSR.
1941: Chinese Communist Victory and Pacific Conflict

The Chinese Communist Party achieves victory and launches attacks on American bases and allies across the Pacific. The US, under President Ronald Stromberg, withdraws three-quarters of its armed forces from Europe to face the perceived "Yellow Peril."
1951: Communist Victory in Europe

The war in Europe ends with a Communist victory. Germany falls in 1948, followed by Spain in 1951. However, the war in Asia continues.
1951-1968: Continuing Asian Conflict

China remains divided between the Communist North and the American-occupied South. The war in Asia rages on until 1968 when the Soviet Union develops and deploys intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), launching them at the United States.
Post-1968: Balkanized US and Disbanded Axis Powers

World War II ends with the United States fragmented into multiple entities, and the Axis Powers disbanded. Only minor Fascist terrorist organizations remain.
