Dead's Kislev Shaman Lord

I updated my Kislev Shaman to a lord. Includes new look and changed his animations. He is currently allowed for all Kislev factions, to keep with the unstructured theme that CA has for them. If I ever do my rework then they will be faction specific. They use Jade and Amber wizard voicelines so they might praise Sigmar a bit. Old lore stated that male magic users fled Kislev to learn in the Empire so it isn't ENTIRELY lore breaking. But Kislev seems to have no lore. Has a horse and bear mount.

Delete the old version if you still have it. Will crash if you use both.
