• (Photo) Miracle Cure - After speaking to Geppetto. You'll be able to unlock the door to the next area. After unlocking the door, look immediately to your right.
  
• Trinity Key - Turn right before the bridge and pick up the phone. Answer: Human.
  

• (Weapons 6/29) Salamander Dagger Blade and Handle - Take the stairs near the Stargazer and enter the room on your left. Drop down the hole and check the safe.
• (Upgrade Materials 7/107) Hidden Moonstone - Progress through the factory from the previous loot area until you see the pathway below. The wooden footing along your path will break causing you to fall so hug left to avoid that and loot the Hidden Moonstone first. Afterward, take the shortcut down for the next bit of loot.
  
• (Equipment 3/17) Belford Shock Cartridge - After falling in from the wooden footing, clear the immediate area of the puppets and find a chest nearby.
• (Note) Factory Manager's Report - Facing the previous chest, make your way through the factory and keep an eye on your right for this note.

• (Dimensional Butterfly) - From the Culvert Stargazer, head into the red pipe to find a corruption pool. Take your time clearing the enemies leading up to the end of this area because it can get dangerous trying to defeat the butterfly while wading in corruption and avoiding enemies if left unattended. The Dimensional Butterfly will spawn as you approach the end of the area.
  
  • (Upgrade Materials 8/107) Hidden Moonstone - Dropped by the Dimensional Butterfly.
• (Upgrade Materials 9/107) Hidden Moonstone - Facing where the Dimensional Butterfly spawned, it will be on your right-hand side as you approach the end of the area.
  
• (Weapons 7/29) Fire Axe Blade and Handle - Back at the Stargazer, take the stairs this time to reach a long hallway. This hallway will have a Flaming Meatball rolling down periodically. Make your way to the very end to find a chest on your left-hand side.
  
• (Book) Ripped Venigni’s Krat Landmark Guide III - On your way to the previous chest, you'll have noticed 2 entrances on your right. The closest entrance from the chest will have an enemy waiting to ambush you. Enter through this hallway and you'll spot a pair of NPCs—Black Cat and Red Fox. Buy the Book from them for 500 Ergo.
  
• (Note) Doctor’s Confessions - Enter the room in the opposite direction of the same area to find a staircase leading up to a note.
  
• (Newspaper) Have you seen this eccentric?! - Below the previous note is a doorway leading to another staircase and another note.
  
• (Boss 4/25) Survivor - In the same general area as the 2 previous notes there will be a hatch and a ladder leading down. Get ready for a small battle as you head down and approach the Survivor.

• (Weapons 9/29) Big Pipe Wrench Head and Handle - Once you reach a spacious mining cavern area, head up the ladder(s) to find a chest.
  
• (Upgrade Materials 13/107) Hidden Moonstone - Beside an explosive barrel and near 2 puppets.
  
• (Upgrade Materials 14/107) Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant - On the ground level below the first chest in this area, there is a breakable wooden wall that will get destroyed by a puppet if you approach it. Behind it is the upgrade material.

• 2x (Dimensional Butterfly) - As you approach a bridge, it will collapse. If you don't want to take the fall, enter the building on your left to descend down the valley gradually. Past some explosive barrels, 2 Dimensional Butterflies (DB) will spawn.

• (Upgrade Materials 18/107) Hidden Moonstone - After spotting the first ranged Demonic Puppet, climb the ladder behind it. Break some crates on your immediate left to reveal a hole. Jump down to find the Moonstone.
  
• Note: On the right (up the slope) of the Electrified Boulder trap is a ladder leading to a Trinity Sanctum. We'll come back to this area later.
  
• (Upgrade Materials 19/107) Crescent Moonstone - Continuing past the boulder trap, you'll reach an area with 2 wooden gears turning. After jumping past the 1st gear, interact with the Brazier to remove the pool of Decay below (this is for another treasure in the near future).
  
  Jump past the 2nd gear and go up a ladder on your left to find the Moonstone.
  
• (Legion Arm Crafting Material) Legion Plug - Opposite from the ladder is a lever. Activate it to reverse the elevator mechanism just beside it. Jump down the wooden platforms nearby to reach an alcove with 2 puppets and a chest behind them.
  
• (Weapons 10/29) Blind Man’s Double Spear Blade and Handle - Now that the elevator is going up, backtrack to the 2nd gear. Hop on the upward-spinning gear and ride it until you can drop on a platform to your right. There will be a chest at the end of this path.
  
• (Crafted Cryptic Vessel) - Make your way down to where the pool of Decay used to be to find a passage leading down. You'll find another chest at the end of this path.
  
• Quartz - Take the elevator back up to the lever. Go to the end of this area to open a door that leads to a mini-boss battle. This enemy switches its right arm between a Shield and a Mace form. I found it easier to dodge/block it when you play up close with the newly acquired Double Spear/Fork weapon. It's especially easier to get behind it when it uses the Shield. It will drop a Quartz upon defeat.
  
• (Shop Expansion) Krat Supply Box - In the small hallway immediately after this area, you'll spot a chest. Give this item to Polendina to expand the shop selection. Thankfully there's a Stargazer just up ahead so we'll hotel in a few moments.

• The closest Stargazer to this location is Krat City Hall.
  
• Use a throwable item such as the Saw Blade to strike the puppet. I tried using the Puppet String Legion Arm and it doesn't seem to work.
  
• (Letter) Letter with the Refuge's Address - Striking the puppet will reward you with this note. Upon further inspection, this letter automatically comes with a key to unit 221b in Elysion Boulevard.
  
• The closest Stargazer to this location is Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer.
  
• Leave the house and it will be the first house to your right—just before the first set of enemies. You'll find a safe with some loot inside 221b.

• (Dimensional Butterfly) - In the first room featuring falling drops of Decay, there will be several holes leading to a lower floor. The Dimensional Butterfly will spawn in the middle of that room. It may disappear initially before you finish it off, but rest assured it's just in another corner of the room. Pay attention to the Monad's Lamp hanging from your waist. It will glow red if you are heading in the right direction.
  
  • (Handle Upgrade Material) Advance Crank - Dropped by the Dimensional Butterfly
• (Legion Arm Enhancement) Legion Caliber - Inside a chest in the same area as the Dimensional Butterfly.
  
• (Upgrade Materials 22/107) Crescent Moonstone - Return to the main route by way of a ladder and keep moving through a linear path until you see the Moonstone on the ground beside a wooden table.
• (Book) Archbishop’s Diary - In the room with an elevator, there's another staircase leading up. It will be in plain sight as you reach the end of this linear path. Be careful of an enemy ambush along the way although the attack will most likely miss if you ascend the stairs slowly.
  
• (Recollection) Archbishop’s Holy Mark - Enter the room next to the book. It will be on the ground. Return this to Sister Cecile. Let me know in the comments if you have any idea what happens if you return it to her after defeating the boss instead.

• "You feel warmth." - With the new gesture above, you can go to the lady statue just before the chapel Stargazer (backtrack across the bridge). If you interact with it, the statue will say "Pray, you who are exhausted and injured." I think this adds to your "humanity", but if anyone else knows the significance of this act, then please let me know in the comments section.
  

• With Andreus defeated and his Rare Ergo obtained, let's buy the next Special Weapon. Before we can do that, we have to find Alidoro again. Since we lied to him, he'll be whimpering in a room at the Workshop Union Entrance. From the Stargazer, head up the stairs and enter the first room on your left to find him. Lie to him again if on NG/your Lie playthrough by picking Elysion Boulevard. Regardless, he'll end up at Hotel Krat which is where we want him for easy access.
  
• Now that he's at the hotel, you can find him on Antonia's right-hand side. Go ahead and buy another special weapon from him with Andreus' Rare Ergo.

• (Upgrade Materials 35/107) Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant - Upon entering, take the right staircase. After the first set of Stringed Puppets, check the nearby corner.
  
• (Equipment 10/17) Belford Disruption Cartridge - From the previous item, head up another set of stairs and go deeper into this floor to find a swinging flaming chandelier. Look to your right to find a chest.
  
• (Side Quests 7/9) Adelina the Actress - Opposite the previous chest, you can enter a room to find Adelina. She'll ask for an apple. Give the apple you purchased from Polendina to her. This step is important before defeating the next boss so you can get a record later on.
  
• (Amulets) Technique Amulet - Head back to the main staircase and take the left one this time around. Follow this path until you reach a long hallway with a red carpet. At the end of this hallway, head down the stairs, and on your left, you'll find an Elite Puppet patrolling a room and the nearby hallway. As you head towards it, look to your left-hand side to find a dark passage leading to a chest.
  
• (Weapons 15/29) Exploding Pickaxe Blade and Handle - Heading back to the hallway patrolled by the Elite Puppet, there is a room with a safe inside. Defeat the Elite Puppet and check the safe.

• (Book) Notes from an Experiment - From the previous item, head to the opposite end of the hallway to find a set of stairs on your left. Head up and defeat the Elite Puppet blocking your way. At the top of these stairs is another long hallway with a red carpet. Make your way through the puppets to find a room. The book will be on your right-hand side.
  
• (Jeweled Cryptic Vessel) - After picking up the previous item. Look behind you to find a ladder leading to a chest. Same deal as the previous cryptic vessel. We'll bring this to Venigni later.

In case you missed it, this book can be found near the Merchant in Lorenzini Arcade (in the bathroom area). Upon reading the book completely, Arlecchino will then have additional dialogue so talk to him again to get the toy. Make sure to give this to Venigni once you reach the next Stargazer (or before facing this chapter's boss).
  
• (Gestures 16/17) Happy & Test Subject 826 - Exit the room and you'll notice there are 2 elevators. Take the elevator beyond some arrow traps which will lead you down to Test Subject 826. Talk to him to receive a gesture. Unlock the door just further ahead for a shortcut.
  
• (Legion Arm Enhancement) Legion Caliber - Backtrack to the elevator room and take the other one up. Disembark halfway when you see a hole and then take a right to drop down and find a chest.

That means you can get knocked off the bridge if you're not careful. Open with your Fable Art to whittle it down faster because a Green Flamethrower enemy will get in your way.

• (Upgrade Materials 94/107) Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant - In the room directly after the Stargazer, enter the 2nd room on the left.
  
• Mechanical Cryptic Vessel - Find the only ladder you can climb up in this area. As soon as you reach the top, a shortcut ladder will be in front of you. At the next left fork, a Harlequin puppet will come running down if you get close. You can either ignore it and move toward the next fork or have it fight the other Elite Carcass near a chest at the end of the 3rd fork. To "lure" it to the other Elite, kill every other enemy from the shortcut ladder leading up to the Harlequin (no further). Then, when the Harlequin chases you, run to the ladder and stay there until it searches for another target. The Harlequin will fight its way to the Elite Carcass. YMMV. The chest behind the Elite Carcass will have the Cryptic Vessel.
  
• Quartz - From the previous chest, head up the stairway the Harlequin Puppet came from to find a lever. Flip it to open a room. This room can be found in the same area as the original ladder you climbed up from. Enter through this path to find an Elite Pinocchio puppet. Defeat it for a Quartz.

• (Amulets) Assassin's Amulet - Facing the Stargazer, look to your left and take the path overlooking the dark pit. You'll see a chest at the end. Just jump to reach it.
  
• (Amulets) Leaping Amulet +1 - Backtrack from the previous chest and follow the side path until you reach a bridge. A chest will be visible to you. Be careful of the Swordsman waiting to ambush you as you cross past the pillar.
  
• (Handle Upgrade Material) Advance Crank - Follow the path ahead of a shortcut ladder. Once you see a steel bridge, look for a path on your left.
  
• Quartz - Dropped by an Elite Disruption Boxer just up ahead.
  
• (Legion Arm Enhancement) Legion Caliber - After crossing some steel beams, you'll come across another steel bridge. A chest will be visible on your right.
  
• (Handle Upgrade Material) Balance Crank - Along your path, after a Swordsman and Machine Gun Puppet duo. Check your right.
  
• (Book) So Said Pistris III - Along your path, you'll find a chapel. Check the altar.
  
• (Book) Simon Manus’ Confession - On a table. Behind the Stargazer.
  

• (Boss 23/25) Simon Manus Awakened God
  
• Simon Manus (Truth/Lie) - After defeating him, he'll ask you about Sophia. Tell him the opposite of what you did to Sophia to lie.
  
  For achievement-related purposes (minimum runs):
  • For your Lie playthrough(s), I recommend giving Sophia peace and then telling Simon "I liberated her from the Arch Abbey".
    
  • For the Truth playthrough, let Sophia live, and then tell Simon "I liberated her from the Arch Abbey".
• (Recollection) Arm of God - Obtained by defeating Simon Manus.

This section is BEFORE you talk to Geppetto after defeating Simon Manus. Most of the points below can be done after defeating Laxasia The Complete.

• (Letter) Cherry-Scented Letter - Assuming you had Giangio make the cure and told Polendina to use it, this letter will be on Antonia's wheelchair (in Geppetto's office).
  
• (Record) Memory of Beach - Also obtained alongside the letter above.
  • Talk to Polendina for some truly sad dialogue.
• Mechanical Cryptic Vessel Decryption - Have Venigni solve the cipher. The clue states "Orders: The train doesn't leave anymore, and the merchant awaits a "Frozen Feast" in the destroyed down." Head to the Abandoned Apartment Stargazer and cross the first bridge. Head past the shortcut door and cross the blue rock bridge. After crossing, take a right and a left, then head up the 2nd set of stairs to find the merchant. Equip the special weapon—Frozen Feast before you talk to him.
  
  • Quartz - Obtained after talking to the merchant.
    
  • (Outfits 13/14) Red Fox's Hunting Apparel - Also obtained after talking to the merchant.
• (Special Weapons 8/11) - Purchase from Hugo (in exchange for the Sad Zealot’s Ergo) who is now in Alidoro's former spot in the hotel.
  
• (Special Weapons 9/11) - Purchase from Hugo in exchange for the Fallen One’s Ergo.

• Test Subject 826 - Head to the bridge overlooking the slope just before the opera house entrance. This is where you first fought a Mad Clown Puppet. Test Subject will be on top of the bridge with items to sell. From the Stargazer, make your way to the gate of fire and take the shortcut door on the left. If you didn't unlock this shortcut, backtrack from the Estella Opera House Entrance instead. You can buy the following items from him:
  
  • (Outfits 14/14) The White Lady's Hunting Apparel
    
  • (Equipment 17/17) LADA Disruption Cartridge
    
  • (Weapons 29/29) Carcass Crystal Axe Blade and Handle
• Although not a collectible, something strange happens to Julian's wife after you exhaust all of Test Subject 826's dialogue.

• (Side Quests 9/9) Broken Puppet - Now that you have the Happy and Anger gestures, it's time to complete the Broken Puppet's quest. Head to the Barren Swamp to finish the quest.
  
• Quartz - Reward for finishing the Broken Puppet's quest.

If you don't want to play through the Lie-related endings twice, then this next bit is for you. Before you talk to Geppetto, make a backup save after turning off the Steam Cloud feature.

Turn off Steam Cloud:Then, create a backup save (make a copy of the Saved folder):

• File Path: Steam\steamapps\common\Lies of P\LiesofP\Saved

This next part lists the collectibles associated with each (Lie playthrough) ending. These endings assume you gave Sophia peace and lied for most if not all your playthrough. Also, listen to all the records before you complete the steps below.

• After talking to Geppetto, agree to give him your heart.
  
• After viewing the ending, you'll be prompted about NG+. Reject it to spawn back into the hotel.
  
• Play the piano for the Pianist of Krat achievement.
  
• (Letter) Geppetto's Letter - On Gepetto's desk. Read the contents fully for The Story of One Father achievement.
  

• After talking to Geppetto, refuse to give him your heart.
  
• (Boss 24/25) Nameless Puppet - The battle starts immediately after you refuse. Defeat the puppet for its special Ergo and The First Puppet achievement.
  
• After viewing the ending, you'll be prompted about NG+. Reject it to spawn back into the hotel.
  
• (Special Weapons 10/11) Proof of Humanity - Purchase from Hugo in exchange for the Nameless Puppet’s Ergo. He'll be in Alidoro's former spot. Just for kicks, he'll be wearing Alidoro's old clothes too.
  
• (Letter) The Blue Butterfly's Letter - On Gepetto's desk. Read the contents fully for The Story of the Blue Butterfly achievement.
  
• (Special Weapons 11/11) Golden Lie - Check the portrait of Carlo just by the entrance to Geppetto's office. Interact with it to obtain the weapon.
  
• (Letter) The Letter of the Eternal - Check the spot where Giangio used to be. You can also get this in the other ending, but I listed it here instead since this is the save I'm using to go into NG+.
  

Double-check what you have, especially the records. Make sure you have the following records before NG+:

• (Record) Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 (Golden) - Purchase from the Merchant.
  
• Hotal Krat Door (Truth/Lie) - This is a mandatory lie, even on your Truth run, since you can't progress unless you pretend to be human.

• (Record) Quixotic (Golden) - Purchase from the Merchant.

• Weeping Woman (Truth/Lie) - When answering the weeping woman after returning her "baby", select “That’s just a puppet” (Truth).

• (Boss 25/25) The Atoned - As you reach the Cable Railway, you'll have to talk to The Atoned to Proceed. For your Truth run, select "Do Nothing" (Truth) which then results in a battle with her.
  
  Dropped by The Atoned:
  • (Accessories 8/8) The Atoned's Mask

• Alidoro (Truth/Lie) - Send Alidoro to Hotel Krat (Truth).

• Julian the Gentleman (Truth/Lie) - When returning the Wedding Ring to Julian, select “I’ve never seen that happen before” (Truth).

• Antonia (Truth/Lie) - After defeating the King of Puppets, you'll get the cutscene about her appearance. Select “There’s nothing left” (Truth).
  
• Polendina (Truth/Lie) - When Polendina confides to you about love, select “I have” (Truth). "Show the wedding ring", available if you lied to Julian, is also considered the truth, but it requires you to lie first. I don't recommend tempting fate in this scenario.

• (Record) Shadow Flower (Golden) - Purchase from the Merchant near the fountain.

• Simon Manus (Truth/Lie) - After defeating Victor, answer Simon's question with "Hope for a cure" (Truth).

• (Recollection) Four-fingered Glove - Make sure to grab this from Eugénie before continuing through the Barren Swamp.

• Give the gloves to Alidoro.

• Eugénie (Truth/Lie) - When she asks about what Alidoro thought of the gloves, respond with "He was angry. He said the gloves were rubbish." (Truth).

• (Record) Memory of Beach (Golden) - Purchase from the Merchant.

• Belle (Truth/Lie) - After progressing Belle's quest and meeting Atkinson, tell her "He’s become a monster" (Truth).

• Venigni (Truth/Lie) When Venigni has you listen to a voice transmission, tell him "Geppetto caused the Puppet Frenzy" (Truth).
  
• Eugénie (Truth/Lie) - After exhausting Alidoro's dialogue and then killing him, you'll get Alidoro's Cryptic Vessel. Make sure to decode and read it first before talking to Eugénie. Tell her "The real Alidoro was murdered by the fake one" (Truth).
  
• (Record) Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 - Afterward, reload the hotel by teleporting out and back in. Talk to Eugénie once again for the The Story of a Stranger Girl achievement and a record.

• Test Subject 826 - Make sure to take the elevator behind arrow traps and talk to Test Subject 826. Open the door near him.
  
• Arlecchino (Truth/Lie) - After opening the final Trinity Sanctum Door and talking to Arlecchino, answer "Puppet" (Truth).

• (Record) Fascination (Golden) - After defeating Laxasia The Complete, find Test Subject 826 on top of the bridge behind the gate of fire. You can purchase the final(!!) record from him. Listen to all of the records in the hotel to get the Golden Melody achievement.

• Sophia (Ending-related Choice) - When Sophia presents you with a choice, select "Let her live".

• Geppetto (Truth/Lie) - After your encounter with the Red Fox, Geppetto will ask you a question. Answer "No" (Truth).

• Simon Manus (Truth/Lie) - After defeating him, he'll ask you about Sophia. Tell him “I liberated her from Arche Abbey“ (Truth).

• Geppetto (Ending-related Choice) - When Geppetto asks for your heart, Refuse. Defeat the Nameless Puppet just like in the Rise of P ending and you'll get a similar-looking ending (but shorter) with Geppetto calling you a useless puppet. This will reward you with the Free from the puppet string ending and achievement.
