The mod is meant to provide more fun and flexible non hist experience while combining it with productive mod optimization style without overbloating it.

ITALY - Restoring Rome / Achieving Italia Irredenta will make you IMMUNE to civil war from balance of power.

SPAIN SUPPLY BUG IS FIXED - All you have to do is request military access.

COMBAT - Katyushas buffed. Cost less resouces and have higher soft attack. Gains a lot of stats from rocket arty tech.They have their terrain modifiers changed so they are weaker with mounteeners&marines abuse.

COMBAT - Adaptable is 15% terrain penalty reduction from 30%.

COMBAT - Masterful Blitz counters guerrilla tactics and is no longer countered by elastic defence. You can find it in the end of Mobile Warfare Right & Both Superior Firepower doctrines.

COMBAT - General Traits no longer make getting new ones slower. (Less cringe grinding but late game generals become very strong and especially admirals.)

ECONOMY - Synthetic oil research is buffed by 4 times.

WORLD TENSION - China joining Japan factions generates 20 world tension.

WORLD TENSION - Russia/Soviet civil war always generates 5 world tension and removes 5 world tension upon end.

AI are banned from doing resources focuses in generic focus tree.

Amazing mod for rp/non hist or a typical hist game, very simple but makes the game more enjoyable in a mp settings!

Good mod but please shorten the focus times of tedious focuses for example Portugal's devoloping africa focuses, they are all 70 days :(

Added "The Clownfront" state modifier to Soviet/Russian - Turkish / Iran borders. This will make defending these states way easier for Soviets/Russias.
