Some item might be OP some might not, feel free to let me know.
i will balance them in the future.

Man, Coding is so difficult.

This is such a good mod for a power trip. Sometimes you need a run that feels like you're mowing down enemies with a chainsaw; this is that mod. Plus, it has a lot of unique mechanics (crystalizations come to mind!) which are entertaining to play with. I don't always enable it because sometimes I want more challenge, but when I'm having a bad day, this mod is one of my go-tos. Thank you for making it!

hello Nisra, thank you for the feedback, i am working on fixing the weapon.
and thank you AokiYakumo for the feedback as well. I'll fix and adjust some of the items that you mention and release it as soon as possible but as for The Strayer's Crown, it is Intentional to spread freeze to all enemies but only when they use a weapon 3 times, maybe i'll add more use times before it activates.

- THE STRAYER'S CROWN: Is it supposed to spread the Freeze on ALL targets, or just the selected target? If it's selected target, then this bit is disregarded. If it's supposed to be all targets, then there's a coding problem here. As for the actual power itself, maybe drop the Freeze on use buff down to +2, because +3 gets out of hand real quick.

- VIRIDESCENT VESSEL: This piece with Witch's Hat makes me go Burn for all my weapons because the damage bonus is obscene. You know that +7/+5 it has at base? Well, when you 3x that with the 50% conversion that it has, and you have a weapon with 5 Burn powerups . . . that's +22 damage per use on top of +45 burn.

- GUARDIAN'S BAND: This, honestly, perfectly fine. If anything, maybe let it activate more than once per turn, since Boohoo Buckler is similar, but it looks really well put together (barring Haste stacking shenanigans and Egg Timer exploits, but that's a wholly separate issue).

Combining Hydro Vision with the Original Sword and the General's Helm, while having King's Shield from the base package, means you start stacking damage QUICK!!! I legit went from +120 to +3,000 in one fight, it's ridiculous, and the fact TOS activates on hit AS WELL AS on use means it won't take long to get stupid with this combo. Seriously, I don't know if it's possible to die after Loop 5 because of how much this setup offers.

- CRIMSON WITCH'S HAT: Holy hell this thing is a beast. +7 Burn per turn while giving all weapons +5 Burn per use AND giving a 50% Burn to damage conversion? Wow, that's insane! A couple ways to address this: 1) Drop the conversion to 30%. 2) Make it so it can only affect things in a row/column. This will still keep the piece at a very high value (It is a Legendary item after all), while not making it a total blender.

- HYDRO VISION: On its own, actually kinda fine. I'd maybe drop the conversion a bit (even at half damage, I can get 200 - 300 point hits with just this thing) down to something like +10% Max HP to damage, but other than that it's good in a vacuum. Where it gets STUPID is with TOS, since the vampirism plus the insane stacking of that weapon means that unless an enemy hits you for more than your max health (or more than you can dish out, which . . . is basically your max health) in a single hit, you're not dying. At all. I've made it to Loop 5 without issue on this setup and that's even against the 6-pack of Cultists in Frozen Heart.

- GENERAL'S ANCIENT WAR HELM: Another piece that's actually nice on its own but gets disgusting with the right combo. (Oh, hey, btw, this with TOS means you scale with Haste, since you're constantly getting block buffs).

Okay, after having fun with this mod for a bit, I've got a bunch of things I want to bring up:

- RANGE GAUGE: Broken. Does not actually give +3 block to arrows despite the tool description.

- EXQUISITE THROW: Broken, won't actually fire the extra hits when you fire a bow.

- FIVE CEREMONIAL PLAYS and SONG OF THE WIND: The tooltip seems bugged last I checked, might need another look-see.

- TRAVELER'S ORIGINAL SWORD: Straight up busted. This + King's Shield and a few other items I'll get to means I can quite literally AFK through most battles and never die, it's absurd.

Splendor of Tranquil Waters Ousia Form causes my game to lock up on combat start. Pneuma form seems to work fine until alternate use to switch to Ousia form which summons the salon members then locks up. I've tested with nothing else in my inventory and get the same result.

2 Defensive Cells, 1 Reactive Cell, 1 Splitter, 2 Boosters, 1 Cursed Battery, 1 Exposed Wires, 1 Spiky Crown, 2 Hatchets, and 1 Archangel Armor (for all the rider effects). This is in addition to 2 General's Helms and 1 Hydro Vision.

I was enjoying the chains of attacks from Original Sword because of the cursed items that have "Hurts! Deals X Damage to Self" attached cause that weapon to proc, so I was getting like 13 hits from Original Sword each turn.

Hey, just so you know, I think your mod is causing CR-8 to softlock. I'm not sure how exactly, but I think it may have something to do with some kind of overflow (I had General's Helm and Hydro Vision both active with the Original Sword in my inventory, if that helps narrow it down some).
