Description
Changes the vampiric corruption from the Dominion Over Divinity rite from the Legions of Nagash mod to only apply to enemy regions and your own regions.

This was made as I found managing public order too difficult on very hard difficulty when playing against Nagash and I would either have to somehow make a mad dash to take him out or hope an ai faction does if I'm across the map haha which took a little bit of the fun away from the mod for me personally.

Please report any issues you may have with the rite here as I'm not super knowledgeable with scripting so it is likely that I may have just made a small error.

Spreading corruption to yours and your enemies settlements until you equip death is peace thus making war with the world
