Bretonnia Mechanics

This mod focuses on improving some of Bretonnia's mechanics and improving its gameplay for both the player and the AI.

==========================General changes==========================

The +200% extra maintenance has been removed from all Bretonnian cavalry units and will no longer be reduced by Vow or Troth mechanics.
Spear Formation now only reduces defense by -1.
Fay's innate upkeep reduction on Grail Guardians has been set to -50% (up from -200%) meaning Grail Guardians in her army will cost half their normal upkeep (as they should have always been).


==========================Chivalrry Mechanic==========================

2 new skills have been granted, one for campaign and one for combat.
2000-4000 +5% Charge bonus for all cavalry units
4000-6000 +10% Charge bonus for all cavalry units and +5% casualty replacement
6000-8000 +15% Charge bonus for all cavalry units and +10% casualty replacement
8000-10000 +20% Charge bonus for all cavalry units and +15% casualty replacement


==========================Vows and troths Mechanic==========================

Paladins
Grail vow time to recover from wounds -1
knights vow corruption -1
questing vow +5% weapon strength

Lords
knights vow grants +5 armor
questing vow +5 movement speed to lord units

Damsels
protection troth leadership +5
virtue troth time to recover from wounds -1
wisdom troth defense increased by +5

Prophetesses
protection troth armor +5
wisdom troth magic cost and cooldown reduced by -10%
