Expanded Lord Skills - SCM Skaven Clans Submod

This submod will add skills to all lords in SCM Skaven Clans to bring them in line with Some_One_Else's Expanded Lord Skills mod.

This mod requires both base mods to function correctly.

Almost all lords are implemented. All new heroes have been given a hero capacity skill.

This is missing the newest Skaven lord from the mod because I stopped using SCM Skaven Clans as I only play with SFO and it was hard to fit into my mod list. I will update it eventually once I finish other stuff I'm working on but if you REALLY want expanded lord skills on the missing lords then make a comment about it and I'll prioritize updating this.
