This is my very first guide so I apologise if it doesn't look cool or fancy !!

Intro
Hello !! So I have recently completed TBIY (The Baby In Yellow) and noticed there are no guides for 100% so I bring this to you all today ! This is my very first guide so please don't expect anything super fancy !
The Sheep Stepped Forth
This one is a very easy achievement to get. To get the Sheep achievement all you need to do is complete the first "chapter" of the game, which is completing all nights and reading the final book to the Baby (The Prince and The Sheep).
The Tiny Rabbit Hopped
Again, the Rabbit achievement is just like the Sheep's. You just have to get through its story and reach the end (by escaping the Child) to gain this achievement.
The Cat Watched On
Same as the Rabbit and Sheep. Follow the Black Cat, help Newt and finish the story to gain the Cat achievement.
Memoirs Of A Seeker
Just like its description, to get this achievement you must find all the recordings scattered about by the Doctor.
All locations are as followed:
Flush, Spin, Roast
The easiest way to achieve this is while you are in the first story, on your first night, take the baby to the toilet, then upstairs to the washer (2nd door in the hallway) and finally downstairs to the kitchen, plop them into the oven, watch them burst out and you're done !
Hide & Seek
Another easy one to do, best method is on the sheep story before taking the baby to bed, carry them into the kitchen, open one of the lower drawers, crawl on in and close the door ! And like that you should get the achievement !
All Aboard!
When you read a story to the Baby, before leaving; take out a train from the toy box and simply place it on the track !
Music To My Ears
While in the Rabbit story, listening to all the Pickman records will give you this achievement.
Records are located:
Not This Time!
During the Mirrored House, ignore the baby, take the pink key in the vase behind the baby and go straight upstairs and you're done !
Perfect Precision
It may take a few tries if you are like me (difficult to focus & poor reaction time) so restarting the chapter may be best if you fail !
But its rather simple, just land in the zones for each level and you're done !
Et Tu Newt?
Easy one again. Once you reach the end where Newt has been blasted from the door and the Child was captured by the Orb, pickup Newt and say bye bye as you throw him down below and gain your achievement !
For the sake of any spoilers for new players I won't be showing this version of Newt
Vine Art
This one can be easily missed but once you have the combination for the yellow potion, feed it to the baby and take them through the door in the kitchen to where a portrait is covered by vines to reveal the secret painting and gain the achievement !
???
To get the Evil Eye achievement, simply spam the "???" sector on the toy box until it comes out, pickup and drop the eye a few times to receive the jumpscare and gain the achievement once you wake up again !
Ace Pilot
I did find this one relatively tricky to pull off but managed to get it in the cat story easily !
The method that worked for me was to throw it high towards the gyrosphere like the image below
A Cracking Yoke
Very easy to do, its best to do it in the Sheep's story if you want it quickly.
Grab an egg from the counter and throw ! Make the baby cry and gain an achievement !
Celestial Spinner
Another easy one ! Walk up the globe and spin ! Just like that you're done.
Dunk Master
Gaining 100 points may sound tedious but trust me this one is easy to cheese.
For me, just grab a plush, you can either do this downstairs or in the baby's room, and continuously drop the plush (preferably the Doctor imo) until you reach 100 and gain your achievement !
That's Not A Ball!
Simple and easy, pick up baby, drop them in the hoop and voila !
Food Ninja
For this it does require you to be rather speedy but, I managed to get this done in the Cat's Story by dropping the baby by the fridge, crouching beside them with food already at hand on the floor and very quickly throwing it at them. To cheese it, just have a huge pile of tomatoes in front of you and the baby on the floor and throw ALL of them, you'll get the achievement easily that way.
Big Flipper
I found this rather hard ! (But that may be skill issue for me)
I did this in the Rabbit's story, you can do it in the Sheep's as well, but grab the bottle from the fridge and go and crouch by the stairs at the front door. Make sure your back is to the door and just flip away ! I found I gained the achievement very quickly being against the door ! You should see confetti pop out like this !
Stunt Star
Very easy to do ! Just spam the "???" of the toy box until the ramp appears, grab yourself the toy car and just drop the car and let it zoom off the ramp !
For Science!
Another easy one to do, just mix all the reagents as you go in the Cat's Story and feed the baby, once you get the final combo (which could be yellow if you leave it until last) and your achievement once you fed the baby the bottle !
Essential Reading
The Book of The Dead is a lot easier to find than you think ! Its just hidden right next to the door, pick it up and you're done !
Robotic Rocket
An easy one, when you're out in the garden, pick up Newt, place them in the cannon and fire. And you get your achievement.
An Unlikely Throne
Very easy to do, just plop the baby on Newt and let them "babysit" the Child !
Hungry?
A very funny one imo.
Create a combo of ingredients or just stack it to the max with cheese :)
Dinner Time
For this, open the freezer in the kitchen during the Cat's Story, take the turkey and put it in the Oven twice
First time it will be cooked, second time the oven would've eaten the turkey and burped it out.

For hungry there are no ingredients, you can take literally one item from the fridge and fill the toastie to the max

They're all in the Cat's Story. Book at the door that has the symbol puzzle, Spinner is the same room; shelf by fireplace. Mirrored House refers to the Mirrored Apartment Segment in the Rabbit's Story.

I am guessing you mean Dinner Time Revil. It should work by putting it in twice. Perhaps restarting the game or cat's story may fix it ? I am very sorry I don't know why its not working for you
