Bethesda announced the Fallout 4 Update back in October 2022, accompanying Fallout's 25 Years Anniversary, claiming they would release it in 2023.

Given that Starfield now actually released, after been delayed multiple times, its not safe to say that its actually releasing 2023, because Starfield will need all their attention getting bug-fixes, DLC Support (like Shattered Space) and general Support, as its life circle has just started.

In my own opinion, a early to mid 2024 release sounds much more reasonable, pushing the 2023 release would just put alot of crunch time on Bethesda employees.

Dataminers found various entries in Fallout 4's Creation Club around New Vegas Creations, and there are rumors that Obsidian Entertainment (the original creators of Fallout New Vegas) were in the talks with Microsoft about a potential sequel.

But, even if Microsoft (and Bethesda, which is now also owned by Microsoft) decide to start development on Fallout New Vegas 2, it would still be years away. Given that Obsidian is currently working on Avowed, a Microsoft Exclusive TES-Like game, set in Eora, sharing a universum with Pillars of Eternity coming in 2024, and The Outer Worlds 2.

The Fallout TV Series will be a Amazon Prime exclusive Series, featuring Vault 33 in Los Angeles, releasing in 2024.
