> On the clip editor, get down to overlay
> On "effects" right click
> A menu will pop up, click "add clip to track"
> Select "Material Overlay Effect"
> On "New clip" right click and click "Show in element viewer"
> On "material" write "dash23/(Name of the overlay you want to use)"
