Description
使用flc英雄素材，为奸奇派系添加了一种四阶步兵单位。

关键能力：
可以随近战时间，降低附近敌人的魔法抗性。同时该单位本身拥有“魔力抑制”武器附魔。


Using FLC hero materials, add a fourth tier infantry unit to the Tzeentch factions.

Key Ability:
Can reduce the magic resistance of nearby enemies over melee time. At the same time, the unit itself has the "Dampen" weapon contact effect.

@Moca ,It included tabletop cap 's support. But if you want to do a standalone unitcap, i think you can do with rpfm tool and add unitcap unlock effect to some building. I have done something like this for some sfo submods before, but I haven't done much lately, so I forgot a bit.
