No free Supporters for the Orthodoxy

Description
When you play as any faction other than the Orthodoxy, the AI will cheat and get two free supporters per turn. This mod makes it so they have to play fair and build and fight Chaos instead.

Thanks to Kalrod for the original mod that inspired this one. I just made a new one as that mod is no longer updated and breaks scripts in a big way.
