Description
This mod moves Mother Ostankya's starting position to the old Kislevite colonies northeast of the old world, and changes her starting enemies to be the Norscans tribes there.

As protector of Kislev and denizen of its wilds, Mother Ostankya stalks Kislev's enemies just out of sight and cleanses the old Wheatlands of its chaos taint. With enemies on all sides, she may need to relocate or be destroyed - or perhaps she can serve as a skulking first line of defense against the encroaching darkness. To gather additional ingredients, she can teleport to the magical forests of the world if she so chooses.

Special thanks to rypo for the flavor text fixes.



Changes:
  • Mother Ostankya now starts in the Tribeslaughter region of The Skull Road, putting her in a much better position to protect Kislev in its extreme outer wilderness.
  • Tribeslaughter is now named Dolganyeir Forests, to match the name of the region in the Realms of Chaos campaign.
  • The Bleak Holds now control Bleak Hold Fortress once again
  • The Goromadny tribe now starts at war with Mother Ostankya

Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with any other mod that doesn't mess with the starting location of factions being moved, as it is almost entirely script-based. It is compatible with both Mixu's unlocker and Immortal Empires Expanded.

@SerKing5, yeah anything that modifies start positions won't be compatible with my start position mods.

I have figgured out what caused the issue. I also used the living world expanded mond. that is a custom start position mod for IIE. there ostankya is placed in cathay. that mod overrode this mod placing ostankya in cathay but this mod still gave her the settelment in north east kislev.

hey porkenstein, great mods! I am subscribed to all of them and use them together with immortal empire expanded in which they all work. i did found 1 bug with the ostankya mod specifically. when you start a campain her starting settelement is in the correct location but ostankya herself and a randon dark elf army spawn in south/east cathay. is it possible to fix this?

@Helena14 sadly landmarks are tied to the startpos, so I'd need to make this depend on Mixer. I'm going to release a compilation mod at some point with Mixer support and a landmark for each faction.

It's actually the "wegh" overhaul mod in which you commented recently regarding the ammunition campaign feature. Their whole chaos invasion (and maybe some other scripts I didn't test throughoutly) breaks and doesn't fire with this mod activated alongside it. Hope it's an easy fix.

@Serj Targarien, what other mods do you have enabled? I'm guessing that some mod you have is loading the intro cutscenes prematurely. In the meantime I'll fix it for compatibility.
