No OC gives me 140+ FPS in game and 60+ in cities.
I upgraded just a week ago from a 9 year old tater tot:
GPU NVIDIA RTX 2070 (4GB) - only 3yr old - read/write limited by CPU and HD
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K (core clock 3500MHz) - read/write was too slow
RAM 32.0 GB Ripjaws DDR3 - read/write limited by CPU and HD
HD Crucial CT 480M (SSD) - read/write was too slow
System Win 10
Played 40+ hours on my potato, but just wasn't moving data fast enough.
Take care Spacers!
Ryzen 7 58003D
16 GB of RAM
Samsung 980 NVME SSD
about 4+ hours in and I average about 100fps on the default high setting.
