Designation: [ARDN] AUC-LCR-807

The 807 is a versatile cruiser designed to escort carriers, function as minor fleet centers, and operate in Artemis as a sturdier and larger version of the destroyer of the same product line. Rated for safe operation in gravity well up to .60g.

Onboard systems for the Artemis line features full interior, including: medbay, full dining room, comfortable bedding, room to move around, and even its own server room with isolated ventilation in case of fires. Although there are more features, most of the rest are classified as ordered by the [ARDN] Representative, Spokesperson Jessie Daniels.

///// SHIP LORE \\\\\

The LCR-807 is a new Light Cruiser model, a design from the recently developed Artemis Line, dispatched as an escort and fire support craft for the 5th [ARDN] fleet to intercept the Alaryan incursion as they pursued the remnants of the SDI fleet entering the Artemis system. As the fleet prepared for mass jump to the staging point, emergency overrides notified the crew that there was a conflicting JDS coordinates input. In the server room, an SOR saboteur operative was identified and arrested but not before he forced a jump to a random set of coordinates. As luck would have it, the 807 pulled out of J-space behind the intruding Alaryan fleet. They were on the other side with the enemy ships between the 807 and its assigned fleet.

With a now scrambled JDS, the crew were left with few options. Deciding that it was all or nothing, given the lack of supplies for a long travel, they opted to regroup with the friendly fleet...violently. Over the next 2 hours, the 807 maneuvered and raced through the Alaryan fleet, causing critical damage using the railguns to enemy propulsion systems. As they passed the enemy, the crew use the turrets to target weapon systems and continue their trek across the now hazardous space where artillery and debris flew like raindrops. Eventually, the 807 ran dry on munitions except rail sabots, striking those they could and making their way to safety. Before reaching the end, however, they were struck by enemy fire in their propulsion nacelles, leaving them incapable of flight, forcing them to endure withering fire from enemy ships until it drifted into the safety of its friendly fleet.

Not to be put out of the party, so to speak, the crew then relied on RCS to reposition itself and proceeded to fire rail sabots at enemy ships, until it too, ran dry. Fortunately, by then the Alaryans were forced into the strong gravity well of Pertam and remain grounded to this day. As for the 807, it was towed back to a drydock where it was repaired and was christened with the name RESOLUTE. It is the only ship of its series and class to receive a moniker so far. As for the crew, Captain Lee-Roy M. Jenkins still serves as its commanding officer and stories of him screaming his own name as he ordered the charge into the enemy formation are regarded as a myth among new cadets. If you ask the crew however, it indeed happened, though no one knows why he did it and he just smiles when asked.

Thank you! I'll take care of that tonight and update the bp. I was playing with this and a few others but it wasn't refueling for some reason. Figured I'd look into it tonight but with your confirmation then I know it wasn't a big.

The LCR can operate in a gravity well up to .60g safely. While not intended to go into higher grav ranges, it can technically operate up to .70g but is not recommended. This ship is intended for space/moon flight only.

As I type this, I realize that I didn't put that information into the description. I'll have to update it.

Can this operate in gravity? And if so, what is it's rating (how much gravity can it operate in)?
