12700k, rtx3080ti-12gb, and 64gb ddr5. i get that fps on max. only thing i did different was lower fsr to 75%. looks practically the same.

danm the 4070 sucks (for a price to performance perspective) i get a stable 70+fps outside 100+ in buildings with everything on high and textures on ultra no FSR 1440p. guess im lucky ? Spec's :R5600x: RX7900xt: 32gb 3200mhz ram all air cooled staying below 70 when playing high load games i even recently set a custom ini file for fov increase with little to no preformance drop just goes to show having better texture streaming is more important than having insane lighting tech when it comes to stable FPS
