Bonfire Ammo Pile L4D & L4D2

Description
This replaces both the L4D and L4D2 ammo piles.
The original mod only replaced the L4D2 ammo pile.

Thanks to the creator of the mod, it helps me find ammo in dark places because of the fire and I can see the fire a mile away!
