Beschreibung
This mod removes the loyalty penalty from creating additional cities for the Space Marines, leaving the other factions untouched. Good for if you want to experience no penalty but don't want the AI to take advantage of it.

If you would like to remove the penalty from all factions without having to subscribe to a bunch of mods, I recommend you check out Cuhnyx's mod here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2697241994 which is what these mods were inspired from

ah yeah i dunno, to be honest i was making each of these mods for each faction and didn't wanna leave the space marines out so i just put the file lol. it's not even tested or nothin so at that point it's just fingers crossed if it even works. haven't tried any space marine city mods myself

The problem I've had with those mods would be that they would be broken, there was a few I've tried and each one just wouldn't work even when the mod itself was rather recently published to the shop.

it just changes the base city penalty to zero in case anyone may have a mod that allows that function or something
