Description
Magic Builder

Tired of building the same old wooden boxes every time you start a new Terraria playthrough? Magic Builder makes housing fun and easy with biome-themed houses and utility structures that can be summoned with magical consumables.

The mod also features a new NPC called the Homebearer, who is obsessed with homes and can communicate with them. The Homebearer will move into your world after you have crafted your first item from the mod. Chat with him to learn more about his unique collection methods, or to check on what houses he has to offer.

tried it by turning every other mods (Including calamity off) and still wont work. Might be broken since it shows a grayed-out terraria tree instead of its original thumbnail. Pls fix it TvT

I figured out what it preventing the preview sparkles and preventing placement. If any of your other mods are making the Magic Builder Items infinite they will not function. Also, they are considered tools, not consumables. So just go through your mods and find which mod is making them infinite and turn disable it. Then they'll work. For me it was Spy's infinite mod.

Great mod for single player had issues with multiplayer though

The Preview problem:
maybe one performance mod is disabling the particles
for me, was te lag remove mod, i change the config to only apllied while in boss fight
