Adds the Germans under Iska.

Germans (Iskander Shah) - Northwestern Europe
Copies the UA of the first civilization you meet, but at 50% stength.

UU: Winged Hussar -
Starts with the Blitzkrieg promotion allowing it to ignore ZOC and also provides a free social policy when you enter a new era

UTI: Kasbah-
May be built in the deserts of Germany. The Kasbah channels the spirits of the ancestors and summons a Viking when Germany is attacked


ALL ART IS ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE. VERY ORIGINAL.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any German speakers so I had to use Shaka's voicelines as the closest thing to Afrikaans.

@pyroflare77 Random Neanderthal isn't (he's someone who existed in the civ ai game space a lot of historical civ modders are in, but fell down the right wing rabbit hole and got mad when the discord server full of queer people thought he was dumb for supporting anti-lgbt policies), but who knows for Pvt. Parts and CVM, they could be alts of Iska, or at least alts of each other with how similar they speak
