HL2 Extra Footsteps [DRC]

Descrição
An ingame selectable set of footsteps, utilizing Draconic's new footstep set system. These are footstep sets consisting of six sets of sounds from existing Half-Life 2 characters. This includes:
  • Combine Soliders
  • Combine Stalkers
  • Metropolice
  • DØg
  • Zombies
  • Fast Zombies

The combine-related sets will still play the regular Half-Life 2 footsteps, but will overlap their respective gear sounds when running or sprinting but not while walking or crouching. DØg and the zombies override the Half-Life 2 step sounds entirely.

The sounds are already tied with existing playermodels as well, so if you or another player has automatic footstep sets enabled (There is a checkbox on the menu), they will have these sounds in-use if they use their relevant playermodel.

iGPUs, handhelds, mini-PCs..? Anyway, that's hardly the point. You see, it All goes to hell if you go in the opposite direction and actually Increase your resolution, but the UI now becomes smaller and smaller (just as GMod's default ugly menu and VGUI scaling), and that's something that people with UHD displays have been complaining about for years now. Here are examples of Draconic Base's UI at different resolutions to sway you in the right state of mind: 854x480 [ibb.co], 1280x720 [ibb.co], 1920x1080 [ibb.co], 3840x2160 [ibb.co]
If you don't care about fixing it for low res, then you should probably care about high DPI display users at least. And here's something great about it - if you fix the latter, the former is automatically fixed as well (unless it's something like: if 4K then UI Scale = big lol)

how the actual hell are you playing on a monitor below 1280x720 in 2024

1. UI's so huge that I wasn't even able to See that button, it's just ridiculously oversized on any 16:9 lower than 720p
2. Dumb question on my part, the bloody thing (wiki) wasn't up for me last time I checked and so I completely forgot it exists

Please be more specific about UI scaling. I don't know what you're asking for. There's a giant "apply changes" button. There is a wiki for Draconic for a reason.
