Description

Inspired by the Last of Us, this mod adds ration cards for use in multiplayer roleplay economies.

Features:

The ration card, meal card and ration card stamp items.
The Paperwork Weekly skill magazine to learn the recipe to make those.
A stamping mechanic to place a unique identifier on every ration card or meal card using a stamp. This allows a shopkeeper, storeroom clerk, etc. to verify if a card has been approved by their settlement.
Ration cards and meal cards can be burned.

Many thanks to the folks on the Project Zomboid Discord for my many questions about Zomboid modding and working with lua.
And credit to Item Tooltip Expanded for the best example I could find of how to write a tooltip with variables; the code to display the stamp is closely based off that.

I'm afraid I'm not a 3d modeller. That does sound like it'd be awesome to go with this if someone did make it though!

is it possible to do fedra gear like the uniforms, vests and helmets?

@Colonel Dave: Thank you for the suggestion. It is a deliberate design I tried to set out for where you could try to slip "forged" ration cards into a stack of legitimate ones so a shopkeeper or storehouse clerk can be fooled if they don't check for the stamp/what the stamp is. A renamed one would show up in the trade menu but, as it's not renamed, you can trade them; although the clerk/shopkeep can then scroll through the tooltips of the newly acquired cards to verify if they're stamped (and, if they take a careful pace, if they have the right stamp ID).

A cautious storekeeper (or official giving rations in an rp server) might ask for the cards first to check them before handing over the paid for goods.

@aluthewox: The cards don't spawn, no. The magazine, however, should spawn in the world (in crates of magazines, magazine racks, bookstore magazine shelves and office desks).
