能不能就调整一下自动造船的顺序，把造船厂的优先度调到最高，然后是恒星基地或者星环，最后是主宰

Minor null crafting (this mod disables Juggernaut's shipyard so that auto-replenishment of the fleet won't grab crafting, but ships can still be repaired)
