[WotC] Standalone LWotC Enemy Pack Rebalance

Description
A collated set of changes to make the enemies introduced in the Standalone LWotC Enemy Pack more consistent with vanilla and other modded enemies in terms of threat level and durability relative to the force level they start to appear at.

Mostly just lowers the extreme durability of some of the lategame enemies for those with vanilla or similarly balanced tech and skill progression.

Also removes the innate armour pierce half of the enemies have for no reason, making it more logically compatible with my XCOM Durability Overhaul or any other mod that exchanges soldier health for armour.

I don't know if these changes work with the real Long War of the Chosen, and they very well might, but I wouldn't advise it.

@mac Dog - You can sort of help that by getting that mod from Deadput that redoes a lot of the mod added units with new textures. Just a fair warning, the mod is HUGE. But it helps makes units look more unique, rather than just giving them different colors to make them different. Forget the exact name.

You'll need the enemy pack, yes. This just edits the values present in that mod.

Is this stand alone or do I need the enemy pack too?

Nice, I really hope they add more enemies to the mod, ADVENT still needs new enemies that have just a pistol, or a pistol and a ballistic shield. Even a baton and shield would be so cool, just to add variety. Also I'm hoping the 'Back in black' mod will update so it will turn the new ADVENT soldiers with traditional ADVENT armour colours, the skittles style colours don't fit well in my opinion.
