Hijos del Sol - A Red World Submod [ALPHA]

Since World War II, Mexico depended primarily on its large northern neighbor to survive as a nation. That changed in the 1980s when the United States finally collapsed, of course this would cause Mexico's downfall as a state. By the early 2000s, Mexico was already on the verge of collapse and in 2009 it finally finished collapsing into warlord states.

In the Pacific, the Sinaloa Cartel, now renamed the Pacific Cartel, took control of the northwest. Just east of the cartel lands, the Mexican Army under the command of the Secretary of Defense proclaimed the eternal defense of Mexican soil against the rebels.

In the center, the popular governor of the State of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, managed to secure a coast-to-coast slice with the support of the police and state governors, although he is not so popular now.

Finally, in the south, Mexico's ace of the left, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, united the various leftist organizations under his command to challenge Mexico's status quo, but how much longer can he keep such diverse groups quiet?
