Description
“机动作战”增加了新的效果:陆军部队总计获得240小时的携行补给与300%的军队燃油容量,陆军燃油消耗-10%。同时还降低了部队移动时组织度损失30%,增加了陆军师组织度恢复速度,提高了支援率。
机动作战左上线为摩托化与机械化部队增加了40%突破。右线为坦克增加了组织度与HP及回复速度,减少了10%地形惩罚。德国ai会优先选择右上线“闪电战”而不是“机动步兵”。
机动作战学说增强了骑兵、骆驼骑兵、自行车部队的攻击、防御、组织度、移动速度和突破。
对“机动作战”左下线的国民突击队与无差别征兵调整为分别+5%适役人口,总共可以增加10%的适役人口,并分别降低了10%的最低训练时间,增加了20%动员率,但建造速度和工厂产出减少10%。。狼人游击兵提供了堑壕加成与核心领土攻击50%和防御30%,减少100%包围惩罚,减少30%核心领土补给耗尽惩罚,增加了敌军所受占领区伤害。
机动作战右下线提高了20%补给范围,减少10%陆军燃油消耗,增强了坦克及衍生车辆的HP,增强了坦克的组织度。

“优势火力”学说的左上分支,将牵引火炮的对人员杀伤提高到30%,使炮营数量多时左线伤害大于右线支援连加成。
“优势火力”学说的右下分支,分别增加了新的效果:
1. 牵引式火炮、火箭炮,摩托化火炮、火箭炮减少2的战斗宽度,自行火炮与自行火箭炮减少1的战斗宽度,“牵引火炮与轻型火炮”减少30%补给使用,自行火炮减少50%补给使用。
2. 协同性+10%,牵引火炮+30组织度与12HP与0.4的恢复速度,防御+10%,突破增加40%。


人海突击右线:为“人民军队”增加了40%缴获装备比例,25%缺乏战略资源惩罚和10%占领区驻军伤害。部队核心领土攻击+10%。“游击战”增加了部队核心领土防御30%,减少50%包围惩罚。

注意:由于游戏文字显示有一些问题,在军事学说页面里,机动作战学说的对坦克及衍生装甲+8HP和优势火力学说的减少牵引火炮及自行火炮的补给使用这两部分,会显示为增加百分比,比如说“+800%HP”和“-25%补给使用”。但这只是游戏文案显示的BUG,实际生效还是具体的数值而不是显示的百分比数字。牵引火炮减少30%补给使用与自行火炮减少50%补给使用具体是通过直接分别减少对应的营级单位的补给数值达成的。这是因为若直接给牵引火炮或自行火炮添加减少补给的BUFF会导致火炮营与自行火炮营带有类似于后勤连的“减少30%补给使用”的BUFF,数量多的时候甚至会出现负数的补给使用情况,所以只能单独对每一个单位减少补给使用的固定数值。
再次重复:军事学说页面的坦克HP增加与火炮补给使用显示的大数额的百分比是显示BUG,实际在部队编制页面里生效的是不带百分比的数值加成。

此MOD建议与本人另一个MOD”让大炮与自火再次伟大“和”重坦大炮增强“一起使用。

Some adjustments have been made to the theory of "mobile warfare" and "superior firepower" and "crowd assault" of the original game.
"Mobile operations" adds a new effect: Army units gain a total of 240 hours of carry-on supplies and 300% of Army fuel capacity, while Army fuel consumption is -10%. At the same time, the organization loss during troop movement was reduced by 30%, the organization recovery speed of army divisions was increased, and the support rate was improved.
The upper left line of mobile operations has increased the number of motorized and mechanized troops by 40%. The national commandos and non-differential conscripts of the left line of "mobile operations" are adjusted to +5% of the serviceable population each, which can increase the serviceable population by 10% in total, and reduce the minimum training time by 10% respectively, increase the mobilization rate by 20%, but reduce the construction speed and factory output by 10%. Werewolf Partisans provide trench bonuses with core territory attacks by 50% and defense by 30%, reduced siege penalties by 100%, reduced core territory supply depletion penalties by 30%, and increased enemy damage to occupied territory.
Mobile battle lower right has increased supply range by 20%, reduced Army fuel consumption by 10%, increased HP of tanks and derivative vehicles, and improved tank organization.

The upper left branch of the "superior firepower" doctrine increases the personnel damage of towed artillery to 30%, so that the left line damage is greater than the right line support company bonus when the number of gun battalions is large.
The lower right branch of the "superior firepower" doctrine has added new effects:
1. The battle width of towed artillery, rocket artillery, motorized artillery and rocket artillery is reduced by 2, the battle width of self-propelled artillery and self-propelled rocket artillery is reduced by 1, the supply use of "towed artillery and light artillery" is reduced by 30%, and the supply use of self-propelled artillery is reduced by 50%.
2. Synergy +10%, towed artillery +30 organization with 12HP and 0.4 recovery speed, defense +10%, breakthrough increased by 40%.


Crowd assault Right line: Increased the proportion of captured equipment for the "People's Army" by 40%, the penalty for lack of strategic resources by 25%, and the damage of troops in occupied areas by 10%. Unit core territory attack +10%. "Guerrilla warfare" increases the core territory defense of troops by 30% and reduces the siege penalty by 50%.

Note: Due to some problems with the game text display, in the Military Doctrine page, the mobile warfare doctrine for tanks and derived armor +8HP and the Superior Firepower doctrine for reduced towed artillery and self-propelled artillery supply use will be shown as a percentage increase, such as "+800%HP" and "-25% supply use". However, this is only a BUG shown in the game copy, and the actual effect is a specific number rather than a percentage number displayed. The 30% reduction in the use of towed guns and the 50% reduction in the use of self-propelled guns were achieved by directly reducing the supply values of the corresponding battalion level units. This is because directly adding reduced supply buffs to towed guns or self-propelled guns will cause artillery battalions and self-propelled artillery battalions to have "30% reduced supply use" buffs similar to logistics companies, and even negative supply use situations in large numbers, so each unit can only be reduced by a fixed amount of supply use.
To repeat: the large percentage of tank HP increase and artillery replenishment use displayed on the Military Doctrine page is a BUG, the actual numerical bonus without percentage is in effect in the troop establishment page.

This MOD is recommended to be used in conjunction with my other MOD "Make Cannon Great Again with Self-Fire" and "Heavy Tank Cannon Enhanced".
