Have you ever noticed how confidant the militia guys are? If you listen in on their conversations, you will hear things like, "If the Bat comes, we'll beat him easy," or something like that. That is a problem. THE problem. Read on to find out how to fix this.

Find a Militia encampment thing. If you have a marker for a MW mission called "Own the Roads", go there. If you don't know what they look like, they have unnatural-looking walls around them, and if you go near one, you will get a notification for the aforementioned mission. Sneak on top of the wall. Preferably get somewhere where they can see you, but not hit you with guns (e.g., Corner Cover).

Equip your trusty Remote Control Batarang and pick a militiaman who looked at you funny. Throw it at him, preferably hitting him in the knee, foot, or face. Now, repeat. Repeat until he is pleading you like this: "NO!!!! PLEASE LEAVE US ALONE!!!"

Find his friends and give them the same treatment until they are all screaming and wailing. But your job is not done yet. Toss a Smoke Pellet in there house and throw MORE Batarangs at them.

Toss cool things in there, like Freeze Blasts, until you want to be done. Then toss a Smoke Pellet (for the dramatic exit) and skedaddle.

And huzzah! You now know the secret knowledge of terrorizing those who would take your city from you.

They might have just filled their diapers. Or died of overwhelming fear and stress. Who knows?
