[SDX] Casio-class Frigate

Description
Designed for use on the Draconis Expanse server.

Features 20 PDC mounts and 1 mounted railgun turret with full 4.5GW charge rate using tycho batteries. Can fit tycho torpedo mounts on the grey striped area of the hull, sides include a conveyor line for easy retrofitting with larger torpedo mounts.

Includes emergency burn function, use ctrl+4 and press 4 to activate.
