(WIP) Kishinev, Moldova - 2003

An alternate timeline where the end of the USSR lead to a complete collapse of civil society in Moldova, the resulting violence and instability caused by the poor economic conditions lead to a civil war, in which a dictatorship triumphed and became one of the worlds most authoritarian regimes persisting to modern day, similiar to what happened in Tajikistan.
