Description
Given the significant differences between the old and new versions, and at the request of some individuals, the old version has been reuploaded and the new version has been separated.

This is the old version of the mod Unite under the Red Flag, the last version before the remake. I won't update this version in the future.

The old version provided a cooperation plan for Soviet with a new focus tree and events.

@远视主义 建议在权力平衡里拉到“修正主义遭到杜绝”（最左边，大规模群众揭发可以最快拉到，国家精神给的稳定度够了，不需要担心基础稳定度）并且存够80到100政治点之后，点“集中官僚系统”决议（权力平衡系统中），之后一个政治顾问花费只需要15点，基本上只要把那几个+15%政治点的顾问加上，每日政治点数获取就能达到3以上（除去点国策消耗的1点之后）了，然后再按自己喜好上几个，很轻松就能达到4点每天（除去点国策消耗的1点之后），甚至更高，之后基本就不会出现政治点数不够用的情况了。

初玩体验下来发现重做后的苏联政治点数更加稀缺了，特别是没有旧版国策白送的两个150pp和稳定度战支后，在联合线debuff没消完前pp几乎是倒转导致点不了世界革命的决议，希望给国策多给一些pp过渡

兄啊我还想留着小弟抗线，结果开战事件全吞了。一个人打这么多战线麻了。我理解是想展示风味事件，但事件内容感觉和不和SOV合并没啥关系，展示大家团结可以每触发一次事件给阵营全体一个升级BUFF，大家全触发了就完全体反推嘛。

建议在跟德国最终决战前，可以选择是否吞并其他共产主义国家。不然全球都打太累了~
