Haha yeah it's just an "RNG" thing. I can tell you it took me several months if that helps, of trying every now and then. I've been playing for several years though so..... :) Just have fun enjoy the game, don't let achievements put a bad taste in your mouth, because this game is awesome.

Id on't think there's any secret sauce to it. I t hink it's just lucky with the algorithm. I know I've rolled half a dozen characters for hours and still didn't get it. Then my friend starts a brand new character and gets it last week without trying. I thikn Vaal is unhappy with me...lol

It's easy to get during some seasons when you're rolling a lot of new characters, or rolling a lot of new hardcore character builds. That's how I ended up with it, just playing, having fun.
