With a variety of options in the game rules you get a random ruler depending on the time you want it or you can simply force it via decision.

Perhaps a limit to regions could be implemented? Western Europe, Eastern Europe, North Africa etc.

I always get the "No character" when I do the roulette, I don't have the india dlc but I have the sword of islam. Is that the issue?

Should be fixed, added checks for dlc and an option for only on decision

It'd be nice if you had an option to not have the roulette passively, and only switch when you click the decision
