Yet another (1, 2) cordon

- map is ported right from Stalker CS
- weather is choosing randomly, at now there is 13 variants of weather
- recommended <60 bots
- there is vehicles (jeeps)

hey idk if this is only me but the map is entirely gone when you spawn in, both you and all the bots just fall endlessly till you hit the water level

this is very nostalgic, after switching to using a mac, I couldn't play stalker anymore but this throws it back to the good ol days, very good map, thank you
