Adds Leaper Zed to the game
They are basically modified crawlers with Overgrown texture perfect for 10 years later mod

UPDATE:



Added function for admins to wear and act like leapers
shout produces the leaper scream
merged all the contextmenu into one submenu
transfered the admin marker option ito the sandboxoptions
the mod animation i added here are for the sprint, walk, idle only
turning around fast will cause buggy animations this is cuz its missing the turning animations,
and there are alot of em so i cant promise ill work on this
basically wearing the leapers is just for you to scare someone
removing the leaper skin will remove everything from your inventory, your an admin so thats not a problem i assume

i also tried to change the thump animation for the zeds they will look like they are hanging on the door when they try and attack it
but i couldnt figure out why they are no longer doing the thump attacks so owell


Possible bug with the admin force spawn, use horde manager instead

Sandbox Option Update:
Added 3 modes
Leapers Mode Options

1 = Disable Leapers Skin and Animations
2 = Leapers Skin Only
3 = Leaper Skin and Animations (Default)

Reduce the context menu cluster:
(temporary solution)
added a debug command, for @Velxra as they requested the contextmenu to be properly aligned with the default debug tools
i just dont have the time to properly do that now, but perhaps i will in the future.
this is just local var and it will revert whenever you re login

--this will toggle the leaper context menu
OvergrownZed.SetLeaperContext()

--turn ON leaper context menu
OvergrownZed.SetLeaperContext(true)

--turn OFF leaper context menu
OvergrownZed.SetLeaperContext(false)


oh btw! disabling this will also disable the leaper pointers
if youre not aware about this feature,
its basically a zed pointer and marker for leapers but only visible when you're using debug mode

Older Details:
added sandbox option to change spawn rate default is set to 0.04
you need to restart server for it to take effect whenever you change it


added admin context menu to kill leapers within a radius of 15 tiles

added new sandbox option that disables leapers from doing long jump when they are outside during the rain

Fixed skiptrace error

Added sandbox option that allows you to disable scream
Adjusted a few variables on the animations
Improved the visual pointers for admins or debug (codes from my zed marker mod)

previous update:
Reduced Spawn
Made them a bit slower and takes time to gather itself between long jumps
Reduced leaper overall speed
Will not use leap attack against god mode players in order to not insta kill
Changed the way the spawning works (fixed the not spawning problem)
Added context menu for admins to spawn leapers

Added sandbox options
Toggle ON/OFF: when leapers are disable they still spawn but they are useless
Toggle Drag Down: can one shot players

The Drag Down Feature:
It will only trigger when the conditions are met
- Player is sneaking or player is not moving(this will keep you moving and will prevent AFK)
- Only applies when the player is facing the leaper
- Sandbox Dragdown option is enable
- Player is not using God mode
- Reduced the player stagger time (stun lock)

I just made the Overgrown textures
The model was intended to be a spiter or bomber zed.
Originally to be used on my reanimation mod.

the overgrown texture should adapt to whatever the in game season by wearing proper texture based on the season
but this isn't fully tested




This can be installed mid save
compatibility with other zed mod is unknown
Im pretty sure they are not compatible if they overwritten (outfits, spawning, crawler animations, etc )

This mod is compatible with
Customizable Zed HP
