Description
Change the defaut loading screen UI from that of Imperator : Rome. In addition you can also see the loading status (state) at the launch of the game, can be useful for crash diagnostics.
This was first used in The Rising Eagle mod.

This also include historical quotes

Can be used with every mods that add additional loading screen artworks like 99 Immersive Loading Screens

To-Do list
- Add historical quotes from the CK3 time era

Compatibility
- Should be compatible with every version of CK3, unless Paradox changes something in thier GUI departement.
- Should be compatible with every mods (including total conversions)

@duestere Legende I'm currently finding a way to do exactly that but it might be tough tho. I will see what I can do with what Paradox gave us

nice ui.. its pssoble to make a vision bar or % for loading complete? somtime i have much timedelay by some mods.. and i dont know is game frozen or need just long time load..
