Description
I got mad that my overbuffed Skarbrand charged a generic human Lord and dealt 0 damage because of the hard cap of 90% hit chance, so I increased it to 100%.

I only changed the melee_hit_chance_max from 90 to 100 as to allow your attacks to have more than 90% hit chance. Now If you have 55+ attack more than the opponent's defence it will not go to waste.

-- Beware -- The mod will work mostly on charges because it's very easy for a charging unit to overpower their target by 65 melee attack, ESPECIALLY on flanking or rear charges where the target's melee defence drops by 30% and 60% respectively. So it is expected that these kind of charges always hit their first attacks.

Thank you, wow lol I never noticed the hit chance wasn't always 100% thanks for fixing it! Don't know how my cavalry missed when I SAW THEM HIT!!! Thank you very much for this!
