I fixed this strange flag-too-high bug by modifying the unit_banner_unit_height_offsets_tables table, but this is not the best solution. The problem seems to be caused by the model.

Best Zhao Ming reskin by far. This guy is OBVIOUSLY favored by the Moon Empress
