Description
now in garish technicolour and with the electrics hooked up .... i think i got them all .. and i think i got everything else so it should work without infinite electricity or fuel maybe without infinite resource i still have to check that tho doors labelled ... i think the Gantry winches can be operated form any of the 4 winch controls 1 on each Gantry leg on at the rear of the bridge and one at the top of the out side stairs to the lower bridge

to start

1 take the cargo elevator to the hanger deck

2 proceed to the front of the containerised reactor ( a modified version of https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2577784912 buy DonnerGrad) that's the bit with the monitor and the dials

2a look for the turn key button turn it that should unlock the reactor start button

2b hit the reactor start button

2c press the power on image on the monitor

3 turn around and flip the main breaker to on

from this point its up to you if you want to wait for the reactor to power up or if you want to leave port under battery's

4 if you want to leave as fast as possible then above the breaker put the throttle to full that will spool up the 2 large electric motors and also spool down the battery's rapidly this will provided the power to the fluid jets but not just yet the clutch on the bridge has to be engaged first but it will spool up the bilge pumps


4a hit the white button to unlock the motor control's on the bridge if you do not then when you get to the bridge you will not be able to power down the electric motors which may be an issue if you have a power problem or damage occurs and you need to conserve power

4b if you are not in a rush to leave port then leave the throttle as is but still hit the white button

5 make your way to the upper bridge go along the hanger to the bow of the ship the last door on each side leads to the stairs up

5a upstairs you are now in the cic this can be turned on now or later its not essential but to turn it on go around the screens to the seat labelled technician sit in it and look up and to the left you'll see the instrument panel flick main monitor to on and observational monitors to on this should turn on most of the displays and all of the camera screens now if you press 1 the mid upper screen should show the controllable camera arrow keys for control the other switches above you for the laser and tracking and ir as labelled (this system lifted wholesale from the https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2453316721 by spider ... as were in fact also of the micro controllers and many other things)

5b go to the other 3 seats and press numbers and see what they do too and see what they do

5c now the tricky bit it should be that you can use the touch screen controls on either these screens or the one on the bridge but im not sure whats going on there and it seems like some times you can only when you are sitting in the technicians seat others only seem to work when you are not sitting in the seat and others still only when you either are or are not sitting in a seat at all some sort of witch crafts i don't understand also not all of the touch screen controls are actually linked to the monitor the should be .. for instance the range control of the radar on the bridge is linked to the monitor next to it im not sure why but we dont ask these questions

6 behind the seats on the floor is a yellow door this is for access to the micro controllers for repair .. tho not really because its not tall enough to fit in and theirs a physics flooder in there ... but you should be able to at least fix something if its get damaged

7 in the centre of the ring of monitors behind the two tan doors is the stairs to the sub bridge here we have the master controls for opening the bow and stern ramp/doors pretty sure i labelled everything properly but if not then the indicator light indicate if the door is sealed and the button above or below them locks or unlocks the respective door

the thing with the screen in the middle with the key pad i do not fully ... or really at all under stand but it was part of the radar set so i thought i better not delete it in case it was important so i just stuck it there

7a the teal green throttle to one side if meant to be for the fuel impeller pump but i've having trouble with it so it may or may not work idk

7b out the door and to the stern are 1 set of controls for the gantry winches

7c back in the sub bridge up the stairs again to the upper bridge/ main bridge


8 oh lordy where to start

8a ok facing towards the bow in the middle on is the captains chair go to it in front of you are three buttons the lower on is i believe the fluid fin over ride you can ignore that for now the 2 buttons above it control chair height .. up high is good for close in manoeuvring down low is better for driving and scanning for what ever it is you are looking for

8b most controls are above you

8c on the upper panel you will see 6 throttle leavers 5 side by side and one out of place of the five that are side by side going from left to right are the throttle 1 for jets 1 and 8 the throttle 2 for jets 2 and 7 throttle 3 for... reasons throttle 4 for jets 3 and 6 and throttle 5 for jets 4 and 5 ... or was it the other way around... anyway you get the idea the throttle control the variable fluid valves that control the amount of water the jets get

(don't look at me i didn't design it this is how it was in the cheetah mk 1 i just stole it form there)

the amount of rps the fluid jets get is determined by that 6th throttle above you the one that is out of line on the left that's the clutch that controls the rps from the fly wheel under the reactor to the jets the fly wheel rps is controlled by the electric motors

(if your wondering why the clutch is there its a safety measure so if one or more of the jets or fluid vales on one side get damaged you have some way to stop the ship from turning in circles at high speed while you try to fix them )

8d speaking of the motors on the over head panel to the left front comer you will see two locked buttons.. hopefully now unlocked or you will have to go back down to the reactor and unlock them now ***BE WARNED these are toggle buttons if you leave them toggled on and for what ever reason you need to move the throttle by the reactor you will not be able to as they will over ride you Manuel input always turn them both off before you leave the bridge***

8e now to the left on the over head panel are mainly light switches and the lie also all mostly lifted straight from the cheetah mk 1 .. yes it really is that good of a ship and you should go download it

9 now to get moving once in the captains chair press 1 if you look to you right and up you should see a turn key turn .. this is important this controls the... well things its important of if you want to be able to control the boat

9a ok so moving the control scheme of this boat is split between the 2 bow thruster and the 2 stern thruster the bow 2 are controlled with the awsd keys and the rear 2 with the arrow keys it take a bit of practice to get used to but i find it works well if you want the ship to strafe to the right you hold the w d and up and right arrow keys if you want to pivot on the spot to the right hold w d and the left and up arrow keys

9b note when the fluid jets are engaged the a and d keys control their steering as well
