Changes the hiring policy for Desert Rangers, Passkeepers and Cowboy Country to a more suitable one for their development.Also add production concerns, for atmospheric.

ps\the anti-tank bonus is given only for the first type (large-caliber sniper), it does not apply to other types.

Нет ли у вас в планах сделать для пустынных рейнджеров фокусы? конечно у них они и так есть, но хотелось бы видеть у такой замечательной страны более расширенные фокусы

Can you update the mod for the newer version of the OWB mod? the Company's don't seam to work.
