Description
After decades of devastating interplanetary conflict, the weapon that finally ended the war may also be the secret to rebuilding. Explore through the dimensional tear towards a parallel universe full of new potential allies... and plentiful resources.

- Start in a cluster of stars in extradimensional space (outside the galaxy).
- Spawn dimensional rifts in your home system, as well as two other systems in the galaxy.
- Gain access to the Dimensional Sundering Project megastructure to create additional dimensional rifts.
- Your species starts with the Extradimensional trait and Tomb World preference.

Important note, because of how it had to be set up, jobs will not fill until the second month. So don't worry about the resource issues right at the start. Generally speaking, if one of my mods were to break completely, it would be this one. Extragalactic starts can be... jank

Please let me know of any bugs you find because I don't actually know what I'm doing or have time to test anything

Sorry I've been slow to update these. It's a lot of work, and I just started a full time job (with an hour commute one way, ugh). I'll try to chip away when I can. In the mean time if any of you want to pick this project up and maintain it yourself feel free to copy all the code/assets for it. This one specifically is probably going to change a lot with the new expansion, but if I do I'll try to upload an expansionless version as well. No promises on when.

i love this mod , but i wish an option to close the rift at the start or something , me and my friends , wann a play a Roleplay galaxy and after a certain time "rifts" will open and i start an invasion etc

but at all great and lovely mod ^^

Seems very interesting! The special trait does take up one point though. Since it is an origin trait and does have its drawbacks, it should cost 0 imo.

Similar to what @ajacksonian said, this seems like it would fit very well for a Drukhari playthrough. Having the power to swiftly raid unprotected worlds for population and disappearing before any military mobilization is possible. Thank you for the mod!

Sounds a bit like the Rift raiders that can spawn in Gigastructure Engineering. They weren't looking to take territory, just continually raid nearly everyone. I was very happy to finally get the tech to open a rift and pay them a visit...still that is only a single system with a large habitat orbiting a black hole.
