Works in Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
Sandbox Options to bypass/enforce VOIP settings.

Yes the volume at which you speak impacts the range. You can toggle the visibility of the area in the settings.

Does the sound propagate wider if we speak louder? If we whisper in our microphone, do they still hear us through the walls, buildings, etc?

Good question, and no Steam Collections are not mod packs -- as they don't reupload work. :gearthumbsup:

Sorry if this is rather an obvious question, but I noticed you mentioned you don't like "ModPacking", do you consider steam workshop collections as modpacking too? I was wondering because I'm making a collection and wished to include this add-on on it!

It uses the game's method of detecting voice activity - which still can occur when muted in-game. There's a sandbox option to configure this.
