Dota 2 But Huuuge Modifiers and Auras (NEW FRONTIERS)

Description
(NEW FRONTIERS UPDATE)

At the start of the game and every 30 seconds, every hero gain a random modifier or aura.
This modifiers/auras last from 5 to 15 seconds depending on the effect, and some of them gets stronger based on the hero level.

18 total modifiers/auras (currently testing, but I may add more soon)

I'm planning on merging Overtime with the Troll Ult modifier, but removing the time slow effect

Good shit, add more modifiers, also that time slow is super" annoying
