Sample of Pulsar Planets

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Description
This mod adds settlable planets to neutron stars and black holes.
The common quest occurs on the first turn.
Quests to change star systems occur after the 2 turn.
All special nodes are rewritten in one quest.

It has been working and not working until now.
It has improved and is now working reliably.
Instead, the number of generated patterns has been reduced to one.

Common Quest
Choose right.
If you don't know what RIGHT means, go to the hospital.

Future Updates
I would like to make sure that the generation pattern is different for different types of special nodes.

Reason for creation
I was asked by Mr.Argonath for advice on adding the planets to SpecialNode.
I replied, "Let's change the design of StarTypeNone stars to neutron stars".
After that, I thought I could achieve this using Quest, so I created this as a sample.

Essential Condition
1. Solo Play Mode
2. The absence of the Umbral Choir forces.
3. That there are a sufficient number of SpecialNodes in that galaxy.

Updated
Fixed to not rewrite the starting point of each faction.
However, the operation is still not stable.

@Argonath
you are welcome.

If you want to scatter special star systems across the galaxy, add MinimumDistance="XX" to quest code.

Example)
<OrderBy>
<SortSystemByDistance OriginVarName="$Academy" SortBy="Nearest" MinimumCandidateCount="6" MinimumDistance="20" ConsiderFreeMovement="true"/>
</OrderBy>

Wow, thanks for taking the time to check if the idea can work! I truly appreciate it! :steamthumbsup:@yutan
