Canaveral [3CP]

Description


Welcome back to Canaveral! A 3cp map set on the precipice of the space race, designed for 12v12 gameplay first in mind.

Originally, this map was designed for 3cp, before trying and sticking to 5cp. Despite this, the layout is entirely identical, with some changes to spawns and timing.



Both Red and Blu are competing to launch this rocket to the moon, but neither are willing to give up the launch controls in their base. Seize the launchpad, take the control room and launch that rocket!

@piratandmerch36 Map is relatively well optimised, but has some pretty complex shaders around mid. Anyone playing with full graphics on a 32 player server may see some drops in fps.

Its a mirrored map which by its nature isn't competitively viable, and asymmetrically detailed, but I've made every effort to keep both sides as identical in gameplay as possible
