Lily's Bretonnia Overhaul: Peasant Regiments of Renown

For the Lady!

My Bretonnia Overhaul mod is required. Place this above it in the mod order.
This mod expands the Bretonnian roster with a significant number of regiments of renown: 16 in total!

Regiments of Renown are very powerful simply because they can be recruited instantly, so with that in mind this mod is not what I would call balanced, but the units aren't quite as powerful as regular regiments of renown compared to their regular unit counterparts. The clear exception is the Blades of Gaudaron, which is a very spicy melee infantry unit that requires a much higher level to unlock than the rest.

I would recommend this mod to players that like roleplay elements in their campaign, such as recruiting these units to act as bodyguards for Lords that represent the particular dukedom that regiment hails from.

FAQ
Q: Why are my units taking so long to recruit?
A: That's because you installed a mod called Immersive Bretonnia, its not being caused by this mod.

Q: Is this mod compatible with such and such mod?
A: If the mod alters vanilla Bretonnia units, buildings, effects or changes the peasant economy in any way, then you will likely experience issues. I don't plan to continue to support and create compatibility mods, you are free to make them yourselves for the mod combination you want to see.

Q: Lily, are you going to add more units? Do you take requests?
A: I'm more likely to revamp and edit the existing units than create new ones. I do take commissions for making separate mods, but I'm fussy with what I work on and I'm not as well versed as other modders with script/lua and many other aspects of modding.

Message from the Creator:

Yeah so... this is pretty big. I don't imagine anyone is thinking "huh, I really need SIXTEEN more regiments of renown to really enjoy this game" but I did get one request to make a Royal Men-at-Arms regiment for each dukedom, as my overhaul only add a RoR unit which covers Couronne. With this mod, everything is now covered. By everything I don't just mean the dukedoms, but unit types also. Vanilla Bretonnia has no Regiment of Renown for Trebuchets, Peasant Mob, Mounted Yeomen or Peasant Bowmen so this mod includes those units also.
