Description
This is my first reskin for Bill, now my i think 7th reskin for the survivors and my 2nd nirvana themed reskin. This reskin includes bill with a Nevermind Shirt with a dollar from the album cover, and on his hat now he has the Nirvana Logo. and basically all of his clothes are now blue.
