Orbitally-Deployed Automatic Underground Base Starter

I usually end up living in the ground anyway so this build appeals to me, I wonder if my bases will turn out better if they are started with that intent. It's a small, simple looking ship carrying a large expectation, it will be fun to see what happens. Thanks for sharing your idea and effort. Cheers mate.

I love your constructs and ships including this one. But my base starter also has a drill at the tip but with a convenient junction, a drawer and an ejector between the drill port and one of the small survival kit doors, the survival kit already programmed to refine 20K of rocks,
This way, it arrives at the location, generating material in the most efficient way.

When I'm out of patience, I add a small position containing the parts to make a wind turbine, 50 thin tubes and the rest of the space in the position I fill with large tubes. Laziness is certainly the worst of sins.
