The Willy's M38 is the militarized version of the CJ-3A, seeing service until the 1970s.

Ignition to prime, starter to start. Take off the parking brake.
Switch to open hood on forward axle.
Fire extinguisher and welder included.
Radio included.
Blackout light toggleable on forward axle.
Winch controls on forward axle.
Windshield folds down for better coverage of fire.
Defensive pistol included on the passengers side wheel well.

The range of the vehicle has a soft limit of 20km due to not having space for a radiator. To overcome this limit, either let the engine cool down or drive better. Potential range is ~240KM. Vehicle can be lifted by one player.
