To get this achievement you must interact with the Chinese takeaway ad located on the table in the room to the right on the first floor

For this you must interact with the phone in the first room to the right on the first floor (behind the table with the Chinese takeaway ad)

This achievement requires you to search the medicine cabinet in the first floor bathroom

For this you must click on the portable fan on the desk in the room to the left of the stairs on the second floor

You get this achievement after clicking on the guitar in the room to the right of the stairs on the second floor

For this you must inspect the fishtank in the room at the end of the second floor hallway

This achievement requires you to inspect the whiteboard located behind the code lock door at the end of the first floor hallway

This achievement is given for reading the email found on the laptop opposite the whiteboard inside the code locked room at the end of the first floor hallway

To get this achievement, you must find the note on the attic floor

This is gained after interacting with the dollhouse in the attic

This achievement was bugged for me but I believe it is obtained after collecting all 13 cards

All of these achievements follow a similar premise of getting coins, this is mostly reliant on luck however you can maximise your odds by playing as Annette and prioritizing rooms with many things to search (e.g the kitchen, basement and attic)

This achievement is obtained by purchasing the x-ray glasses from the old man for 8$ before entering the house, this should be simple after obtaining the wealthy achievement

This achievement is obtained by collecting all 13 cards and getting the true ending

Some tips for doing this would be:
- Search everything in each room so you don't have to come back later
- Make sure to remember closet locations and the fastest ways to reach them
- Search the attic last as that is where the final card is located
- choose the order of your characters wisely (make sure to Annette first to maximise upgrade efficiency)

This is by far the hardest achievement to get as it requires you to win the game only using one character. The best character to use would be either Benjamin or Paul as Annette's ability would be useless for this challenge. I used Paul to get this achievement however it took me a couple runs to get lucky enough. As long as you follow the tips I gave for the 'Ghostbuster' achievement, this should be obtainable with enough time
